Well i have gone over my cc. I have no idea of this company nor did i authorize its use of my cc. I went over my account. For 6 months, i have been billed 34.99, each month by this company. I asked my cc company what they knew about Alcuda. I was told they are an issue for many with scams, so badly are they an issue that my cc company immediately asked if i wanted a new cc. I explained that first i will try to get you to resolve the issue, as it is not fair the amount of hassle that will entail, for me, the victim. I need two things. 1- STOP billing my card and 2 - reimburse me my money.
