I owned a red week with high trading power. When I tried to trade i in RCI the resort said I could not do it they would. They took my week of 35 trading power and put it into RCI for trading power of 14. I met all the qualifications for trading: maintenance fees paid and trading 6 months out. They took total control over my bought week.
