Approximately 28th March we booked two nights at the Holiday Inn Bloor & Yorkville, Toronto, for 5th & 6th April. (Booking number 112784954). Two days later we were informed of a death in family, requiring our presence in New Brunswick. Subsequently, I emailed on the First of April, and informed Hotelsone of the situation. Requested a 'Cancellation' according to their terms, that required at least twenty-four hours notice. To-date there has been no reply to my email. Please help.
