Went to Joe's Carpet store in Crystal River. Picked out carpet to be installed. Received a sample of the carpet. Carpet installed is not of the same nap or thickness as sample received. Carpet install is inferior in quality. Asked Joe's Carpet to send someone out to look at carpet. They said it cost them too much money to send people out, and the sample given is not necessarily the carpet installed. Lady on phone was screaming at me. She would not let me talk, and would not send anyone out. Since I could not talk to her, I hung up on her. No representative has come out to look at the carpet.
