F & C Professional (Railing Company) was recommended to Marion Mackay by the contractor Helms Masonary who put the steps onto her home.
The steps were completed by Helms Masonary and then F&C Professionals came and installed the railing into the steps and so doing so cracked the top brand new lime stone step. I have placed many calls since last year asking for F&C Professional contact Walter Gambola (Sales Representative) and I keep getting the run around with no action being taken to assist my 85 year old mother with having these rpairs done for her which was promised to her after they cracked the top step. What they are doing to her is inexcuseable and they are taking advantage of her and her condition right now which was recent heart surgery not to do the agreed upon repairs.
