Vivexin delivered me two bottles without my permission in December and charged my account $79.00. I called the compnay to let them know I did not want this product because it did not work and I was advised to return the product for a full return. I returned the item and per the representative at Vivexin I was being refunded the $79.00 on January 25. As to date I have not received my refund. I have called Vivexin several times and I have faxed over a copy of my back statement showing they have not refunded me but I still have not received my refund. I am so fed up with this company and I advise no one to purchase anything from them because they are a fraud
