Me and my husband pay everything up front - and yearly did out payments $500 a yr. Plus one year paid more. Finally when I wanted to take a trip for the 1st time. He person in their company stree me out. Telling me I have not used my points - so I loss them and if I wanted to keep them I should have called. This is a time share, I just want them to leave us lone and they are saying they are taking us to collection dept. And give us a bad name.
