I was a manager of an apartment building and the owner hired a young couple and I didn't even know I was being replaced. The owner made an agreement for me to have March and April free and then my rent would go up as I can afford, I have emails of all agreements and then I moved to another apartment and then I was served with a 28 day notice to move and then I was served with a 5 day notice to move and on April 11 I was served with a 5 day notice to correct breach or vacate and accusing me of bothering tenants and tiring to get a petition signed. And I was not. This all started since 3-28 And this has caused me a lot of stress. Also I have not received my deposit or half months rent from when we had a fire 2 years ago.
