Loan Broker Took 68.99 From My Account Unauthorized

I went to the cash point to find my funds were low... I went to my bank, printed off my information and found that my loan had effectively stolen £68.99 from my account. It was unauthorised and I am so angry and don't know how to deal with this. I think I will have to go to my local C.A.B and deal with it that way.
