On 28/02, I received a call from Noida, Uttar Pradesh (UP) from number Mr. Edwin Dsouza with mobile number 919910621179 of Vacations Gateway with website www.vacationsgateway.in telling me buy International Package of Rs 14999/- through website link http://www.vacationsgateway.in/Website/international. Aspx
He verified all my personal details without my explicit information to him. He told me that they have tie up with https://www.rci.com/RCI / who is timeshare vacation worldwide agent. RCI has tie up with companies like Mahindra Holidays and Country club. I trusted his information provided to me and made payment of Rs 14999/- for the package on 28/02. I received same day confirmation call from their department and an email confirmation on my email id from their email address [email protected] from Mr. Vikram. They told me to fill a form and send email on [email protected] whenever I require booking. I was convinced. On 13th March, I requested them to book two nights in Berlin, Germany to enjoy my holiday over there after filling their form. They informed me on 16th March that their contact details are changed with new website as www.vacationsgateway.Co and customer care numbers as 91 120 6521232
91 120 6521233. Their website is registered on the name of Mr. Parteek Srivastava with his mobile number as 91-9540011699 and address as A-94/10 Sector 58, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, Pin 201301
& official address as Vacations Gateway, Naya Baans 5th Floor, Bhagwan Sahai Tower,
Sector-15, Noida - 201301
After my request to them for booking, I haven't received a single email reply to it and their customer care people with Names as Ms Pooja and Ms Priya always tell me that concerned person is out of office. When I checked online for complaints then I found that within last month numerous complaints are filled against this company. I visited personally to their office address in Bhagwan Sahai Tower, Noida and found that they already left the place.
I request you to please help me to get back my money and other like me citizens of this country to get caught in scam by them.
