I supposedly won a Dennys $10 gift card after spending $79 on a bid pack. I've been waiting since 02/02 and still no gift card. They wasted no time taking my money from my account. I reached out and inquired about it to their customer support and got this response

These unforeseen glitches have caused us to manually process orders and shipments in order to verify accuracy - which has caused the shipping "slow down".

I Followed up with another email 04/04 and didn't get a response at all except for the automated garbage and its now 04/09.
