I have the same issue. I think the tracking number and web site for checking it are fake too, also the company is fake. I'm trying to figured out how to get my money back. They said that my 'device' (KORG PA800) is on hold on custom service at Germany and I have to pay more 2000$, but I will not and asked them for my money back, but still nothing. My tracking number is: 1358783331.
Please, if somebody know how to proceed in that case will be great.
