I fell into the trap of thinking I was getting a free trial of their product. I did not read anywhere that this company would take monthly payments from me and I had no idea I was signing up to a subscription.

I have contacted my bank who have cancelled my debit card but they say that despite different card details Dead Sea Blue may still be able to take a payment. Because I have reported this, my bank has now set up a monitoring system and any future payments that are taken by this company will be refunded back to my account the same day.

I have also logged into the account of Dead Blue Sea and made sure that I have changed the 'restocking' frequency to never.

Im already living on the breadline as it is and am so disappointed that this has happened. UK advertising calls for much more clarity than these guys have exercised. I only wanted to try the product! But it was not clear that if the products were not returned, further payments would be taken.

I tried to call the company but both telephone numbers do not connect when dialled and no one has responded to any emails that I've sent through their website.

I accept that I can't get my £97.95 back but I am so worried that further payments will be taken.

THese people need to change the way they advertise their products. They should be ashamed of themselves. I'm not a stupid person but I didn't see this coming.

Please, please stop them!
