My boyfriend loaded our money onto his pre-paid card so we could save it to pay rent. After he loaded the money onto the card he tried to make a small purchase and the card was declined, after speaking with customer service they stated that his account had been locked and they needed to verify that it was him. After verifying, hours on hold and jumping threw hoops they said they would send a new card out in 7-10 days. All of this took about a week before they said they would even send out a new card. It's now 3 weeks later we still have not received a card. When we call customer service now they say they can't verify that it's him and basically told us to come to them, half way across the country!!! I can't believe they are ripping people off like this, now rent is late and we still haven't resolved the problem
