United Fraud Prevention
Consumer Report

I am an Attorney. I called on behalf of a client who received several threatening messages saying that she was named in a law suit and that a criminal action was pending and a restraining order... Blah, blah, blah.

I spoke to a guy who sounded like an old-time scamster; a guy who was born and raised in a boiler room. At best, he's a graduate of PS127 in Brooklyn.

I identified myself as an attorney for [my client] and he immediately said: "I don't know dat. You ain't proved dat. You could be anyone."

I gave him my name and California Bar number. I told him that I am prepared to respond to whatever demand he has. He replied by telling me that it was a matter between my client and himself. I corrected him. He hung up on me.

I called a second time. The same guy answered by saying: "Stupid attorney, you ain't no attorney; I looked you up and you wasn't there." I told him that if he simply tells me what the issue is, I will happily work to resolve it. His reply: "The issue is your so-called client is gettin' sued and subpoenas are going out right now. If she don't want a restraining order, she needs to call us and settle dis thing." "Wow. That sounds serious, " I said. "It is serious." He said back sharply.

I asked where he was and he asked where I was. (Obviously, this is a scam, now it's time to have a little fun.)

"You know, " I said, "this seems like a scam." "Oh yeah, stupid Lawyer, you tink it's a scam? You won't be thinkin' it's a scam when your client's bein' served wit a criminal subpona for an indictment." Then he hung up on me again. (Hahahahahahahhaaaa... What a moron!)

I called again. Same guy answered. "Stupid lawyer, whatareyou, super lawyer?" So, I shot back: "Yes. Yes, I am a super lawyer, in fact that's what I call myself: Super lwyer!" He didn't miss a beat. "You must be a real super lawyer. Your so-called client is gonna get sued and it's gonna be your fault. What a stupid lawyer you are. That's it, no more chances..." And he hung up on me.

Hahahahahahaaaaaa!!!

One more, for fun. I called him again. "Stupid lawyer, what the f*ck is da matta wit you? Why do you keep callin'? What do you want?" Funtime was over: "You are a scammer and you are going to stop calling my client." "Scam?! Scam?! Ok. We'll see if it's a scam when she get's sued. She's gonna have to cut a pretty big check!" Aha!"A check for what?" I asked. "You'll find out soon enough, stupid lawyer." My response before hanging up: "I DARE YOU!"

If you or anyone you know has ever received a call from this company, DO NOT PAY!

Also, please spread the word using social media and tell everyone to tell everyone that 1) It's a scam, and 2) Copy all voice mails and report them to the FBI, and 3) DO NOT GET SUCKED INTO IT!!!

If you are being sued over a debt, you will receive a demand from the creditor, then a demand from collections company, then a letter from an attorney.

Lastly: NO ONE in America can be sent to jail for owing money. It's a trick!!!

*The dollar amount is not accurate. It's only there to fill a required field. No damage amount was specified.
