I entered a free trial as described on the company's website and received an initial confirmation that I was charged £0.00p, however I then received a further email confirmation saying that I had been charged $159 for the product and thanks for your business etc etc etc. Their customer service department is terrible, no-one answers your questions properly, the constantly change their mind with the information they give you, apparently they never have a manager available, they have no cancellation department or process.
I am going to attempt to take this company to the Office of Fair Trading because I am completely disgusted with the treatment I have received, the fact that they have taken a lot of money under false pretences and they shouldn't be allowed to get away with it.
