I ordered Nuvoryn via Internet and received the package. I sent it back without opening it. That was in October. Since then, I have been told the the money will be transferred back to my account which never happened. Further, the company is not willing to refund either the postage paid for sending back the package from German to Britain nor to pay interest for the last 6 months.
