I ordered a Coach Hobo Bag, wallet and sunglasses from coachoutletstores. The merchandise was all fake, plastic and not well made at all. I have tried numerous times to contact the company and no one will tell me how I can return the merchandise and get my money back. I waited 15 days for the merchandise when I was told it would arrive within 10 days. The pictures of the merchandise on the web site and what I received look nothing alike. Even on the box that I received the merchandise was only valued at $10.
