I thought I was getting a free kit for answering questions I paid package and posting. A while after these small samples turned up I was deducted £97.50 from my account I contacted them but have heard nothing. After scrawling 6 pages down I noticed at the bottom of the page it said it would charge you this money if you kept the kit. What part of this offer is free?
I think it is a disgraceful ploy
