I received a free gift on feb. 2 which cost me $9.94 shiping and handeling. Now I have received a bill for $149.95 on feb. 19 and I have no idea what this is for. I have only received the free gift and nothing else. What is this charge for. If you made a mistake will you please re emburse my account on the scotia card # (Personal Information Removed).
