I inquired about buying a house with new seasons development community. This company claimed I did not need credit and they just needed a down payment for I can purchase a home through them. The few homes that I was shown were not livable (holes in the wall, animal urine smells and stains through out the floors, missing plumbing, etc.) This company has failed to perform several terms of the contract, written, and oral, without a legitimate legal excuse. It states, that your company pledge that clients will receive prompt and competent services from a qualified new seasons development volunteer. It took several weeks before anyone responded to my emails or phone messages. Treatment with dignity and respect; How can I be treated with dignity and respect when the company does not care about their clients. I was told several times that I would find a home before my lease was up on August 31; Up to date information about their services and account status; I am the one that was always emailing and calling for updated houses; Answers to questions and concerns clients may have in a prompt courteous manner; Several weeks later answering some of my questions does not make that statement true.
