I purchased my AZ home from Centex in 9. It was overvalued and Countrywide serviced my Fannie Mae loan. Since moving into this home, it has had multiple sigificant repair issues. Each issue occured and was reported only to have Centex/Pulte indicate the issue occured outside of the home warranty period. Water heater burst, main home water supply leak, patio roof leak, toilet valve burst, electrical outlet issues, gargage door broke. For a home just over 5 years old this is an extensive list and Centex/Pulte is cold to home owners regarding poor construction. The water main leak was linked to a contractor error as well when I had it fixed. I was also diagnosed with skin cancer in 2012 and the added bills/expenses are unbearable. I have tried reaching out to Pulte Corporate only to be routed to their uncaring local support which declined any support or obligation to fix.
