I thought I took out the full coverage only to be told 3 months later roof coverage was another $5/month. I added it. I submitted my first claim 3 months after enrolling for HVAC startup service (they advertised), and to have my pool heater serviced. They canceled my call on the HVAC saying they only cover repairs. They would not cover a patio roof leak, and would not service my pool heater because they said I have a salt pool and they do not service them. I indicated the salt system was separate and I was not looking for them to service it, they did not care. After getting nowhere and then canceling my service calls, I gave up and told them to cancel my plan and refund my payment amounts since they would not provide service. They indicated they do not refund.
