Failure to comply with Federal Trade Commission care labeling rule. There were no care instruction sewn in any of the garments and no fiber content of the garment sewn in the garments received.
We are a retail sales store and we purchased apparel wholesale from the above noted merchant which is non sell-able due to the lack of labels required by rule of the Federal Trade Commission. We have attempted to work with the merchant to return the goods but have been denied any reconciliation by them. We also are currently working through Capital One to resolve through removal of the charge to our account. All good that were shipped are in a box ready for return.
