I had skywayusa as my internet then all of a sudden I couldn't get on the internet. I tried to call no answer, I sent them a email no answer it went on like that for a couple of weeks they wouldnot respond or anything so I changed internets they broke their contract by not providing service and would not respond to anything I was left completely in the dark over what had happened. Then I started noticing 15.00 dollars taken from my bank account on 8-09. I didn't do anything at that time because i had no idea what it was then they skipped 9 then on 10-29 they took 10.00 more dollars then on 1-07-13 they took 10.00 more I called them and they said they had bought out skyway and my name was on the list of customers I explained what had happened and was reassured they would not take anymore. On 1-11 they refunded me 10.00 then on 2-19 they took 10.00 more dollars and on 3-14 they took another 10.00 I've been trying to call but all i get is a voice mail I don't think I owe them anything since it was their fault they broke their contract is not contacting the customers a part of doing business i think not I would appreciate it if you could take care of this matter for me, and please get my money reumbersed I notified them to come pick up their equipment but got no response thank you LINDA (Personal Information Removed) MY ADDRESSS IS (Personal Information Removed)
