I had contacted this lady on a 4x4 fourwheeler, she said if i sent half the money they would ship it to me, and that she couldnt touch the money untill i got the fourwheeler
and if i decided i did want it after seeing it
that i then would pay the rest to the delivery
and sign the form. And she said we would recieve
the fourwheeler on january 21 around 7pm. So when it was 9pm we started trying to contact
her and no response, even up till this day no response. So i want to fill charges and get my money or my fourwheeler! So please could you help me.
