I was offered an electric toothbrush also only to pay postage of £1, hence it never arrived. They have went into my bank account on 3 occassions taking a total of £145 for a subscription i never knew about. No mention of this so called VIP SUBSCRIPTION (load of rubbish). I raised a dispute with my bank in january, have had no luck with pointpay to xcancel and reemburse me my money, bank cannot get a hold of them either, but bank paying back some of my money as i had raised a dispute. Please dont be fooled by this scam. To try and claim your money back if you live in the uk you have to go into the pointshop page and go through the help button. Best of luck.
