I came across a green coffee offer on 'wanted product testers' via Facebook for £6.00, the coffee never arrived. Last week upon checking my bank statement this company called Healthstoreshop.com have taken £77.00 from my account! I have spoken to them on the phone to which i admit i got extremely angry as the operator kept repeating that i did not follow the terms & conditions & that i should have phoned them sooner, funnily enough i can't find their terms & conditions on their website. After much arguing the operator said they would refund me £40, ive said thats no where near good enough, they then agreed to refund me £60.00 which i guess is better than nothing, this was agreed to be paid within 3 working days, it is now 2 working days & no payment as yet, i would prefer the full £77.00 as its a heck of a lot of money for something advertised as being £6! I feel this company should be reported to trading standards or at least be taken offline as it looks to me that they are scamming hundreds of innocent people like myself.
