Fundamental consumer strategies has absolutely ruined my holiday by promising and not delivering. I have been waiting almost 5 weeks for my card. I do not know how people like this can do this to trusting innocent people.
I am always amazed each time i get through to them at how courteous and apologetic they are but still no card! Has anyone had better luck with them? Has anyone actually gotten a card?
