I cancelled my purchase to unlock my HTC Inspire 4g dated February 4. On February 11 I send message to confirm if they already refunded my cancelled purchase and then they said it's "already refunded". Surprisingly, I received a bill from the bank indicating such amount for the alleged purchase twice the amount indicating that it had not been cancelled at all, thus, I am ask by the bank to pay the said amount. Please facilitate the return of this amount as indicated above as soon as possible. Thank you.
