OK Tax is owned by a person named Abid and is the worst possible tax service I have ever used in the last 13 years that I have been in Canada. My father found out about this place and asked me to try it out. We dropped our file to him a few weeks ago with a promise to be done in 3 days, then 2 days, then one week, then another week. Every time we called, we were told to call back in 15 mins, then 20, then end of day promised to receive call back but never did. After weeks of trying to get in touch with them, we were told to come back and take our stuff if we weren't willing to give them more time.
After 3 weeks, 37 calls and numerous promises later and the deadline only 10 days away, we neither have our information nor the taxes done. This is after telling him that we are in a significant owing position and will have to incur penalties both here and in the US.
It is the most ridiculous business I have ever come across and I hope no one ever has to deal with them again. Worst mistake ever!
