I ordered my son a 2012 Rawlings 5150 Velo bat from this website. I quickly found out that they were located in China. I called their toll-free number and was routed to a Chinese lady who spoke very broken English. After failing to get an invoice, I began to push for shipping confirmation to track my bat. Twenty days after I ordered, a tiny, Chinese-made bat arrived that even has a warning label stating it was not safe to use with "hard balls". The 'bat' I got was nothing more than a cheap piece of metal shaped somewhat like a real bat. I've been communicating via email ever since demanding a refund and return address. I've gotten every excuse known to mankind in an apparent attempt to stall or wear down my will to pursue. Like another complainant, I was offered a VIP membership as if I was stupid enough to order anything from them again. This is a rip-off artist of the worst kind. Do not even think about ordering from this site unless you want to lose your money.
