Bought Adobe Acrobat Pro XI from JourneyEd.com. I paid additional fee for electronic verification of my eligibility which they did verify. I got the download link but they did not send the activation key. Now they don't answer the phone and so I must wait until monday to get a key, if they will even send it then. They need to warn the consumer to stay away from them outside of their regular business hours. They should refund the rapid confirmation fee even if they do eventually send the key. What a fraud.
