I bought a dress in good faith from Dressbraw for my daughters prom. When it arrived it looked nothing lie the photograph, and was made of a tacky material with really cheap looking embellishment on. The band was not of the same colour illustrated, in fact it looked horrid. My daughter was most upset and did not even try it on.
When I emailed to explain and for return details I was informed that I could not return it.
I consider this most unacceptable as the product is not true to their advertising and they are using designer photos and producing sun standard items. THIS IS FRAUD!
I wish I had researched this organisation before hand... Is there nothing we can do?
