To whom it may concern,
Do not order the trial bio cleanse and/or bio slim (bio mango). I ordered it as a trial but could not cancel they kept debiting my account every month. There's no contact no anywhere on the packaging only an email address in the tablet box as follows: [email protected] which is useless anyway as your email first states delayed then returned to you. It's been frustrating as I have been receiving the products since January.
I finally found a contact no. Ring 7070 8567 for Adelaide SA as at 28/03 and they said it was cancelled. I was given a cancellation no and requested an email as confirmation and was told would receive within 24 to 48 hours. The woman on the phone was rude as I complained about not giving them authorisation to deduct money from my account every month and no customer contact no on their packaging. She stated no further shipments or deductions. I hope so... And felt to write this hopefully will help others.
