I got a new magazine yesterday that I had NOT ordered.
When I tried to cancel it with the company I was given a very hard time.
Plus when I asked who owned the company they were very evasive. I was only given Mike and no last name.
Through all of my being passed around from person to person I was told the company name was Family Readers and then Sunset Publications.
The company name who I had set up the account was American Publications who recently went out of business but the people I spoke with today told me I had signed up with them in 2011 or 2012. They even stated they had never heard of American Publishers.
They even played a very staticy recording of when I signed on but I recall speaking with a woman and it was a man's voice on the recording today.
I am very concerned about this new company and I hope to get a refund.
When I signed on it was $785 for 6 magazines for 6 years.
I only subscribed for 3 magazines for the time I have been with them.
I am feeling very suspicious about whatever company this is I am dealing with now.
