Eugene Kornishkin (I believe he's the owner of European Auto Parts) gave me his word that I could return a wiring harness and front axles for a 1990 Audi V-8 Quattro for a refund if the parts could not be used. My mechanic told me the parts could not be used. Eugene & I agreed to reduce the price of the wiring harness by $40-$45 for his labor to remove the item from the car. The original bill for the items was $360. I sent the items back to Eugene and requested a refund of $280. I gave him $50 for his labor and $30 for his shipping cost. But Eugene refused to give me the refund and insisted on a "store credit" instead. He never mentioned a "thirty day" window for the return while I was purchasing the items from him. But he instituted his 30 day window "policy" after the fact and refused to process a refund. I tried to find something in his inventory which I needed over the past several months, but have found nothing. He still refuses to grant me a refund. My word is my bond. If I give my word to someone, even if it does not please me, I will live up to what I say. But clearly, Eugene does not feel that way (Updated per user's request). Even though I wanted to continue doing business with Eugene in the future, that does not matter to him. I do not wish to purchase anything else from him, and would definitely not recommend him and his business to anyone else. He has the merchandise and my money also. Bill
