I purchased software to unlock my out of contract old iPhone 3GS as I needed to put an Australian sim in it to use whilst abroad. The software did not work, instead, it put my phone into recovery mode. I tried to restore it in iTunes, but got an error message advising the phone could not be restored.
I emailed [email protected] and received an email with the details of a "fix" to try, to rectify the problem. This did not work. I emailed the company on numerous occasions and nothing has been done. I have asked for my money to be refunded, but my subsequent emails have been ignored.
