I placed an order for a ring and the funds were withdrawn from my account on the 15th, but as to date, I have yet to receive my product. I've sent them several emails, and all I've received was a bogus FedEx tracking number, which states the items expected ship date of 15 March which has long been gone. I sent them several emails in regards to the bogus FedEx tracking number, but I have not received a reply from anyone! I told them I want my account credited back or the product, but again, I have not received a response from anyone in reference to this issue.
