I also ordered the free trial and thought the first attempt had failed so I did it again. This also happened with the product used in conjunction called SuperSmile. When I checked my bank account four payments had been taken out and I was sent four lots of trial samples.
On Saturday 23rd March I received a telephone call from the Fraud section of my bank to check if I had used my card for the sum of £64 it was not until she said the attempted payment was from U.S.A. That the penny dropped.
Luckily my bank declined the request and I have now spoken to the Disput section of my bank and they are now mionitoring the account.
I emailed the two companies on Saturday and needless to say have had no reply even though they are supposed to be there seven days a week.
Please do not have anything to do with this lot. Total scam.
