On Feb. 21 we purchased a car from this used car dealer including our vehicle as a trade in. The car we purchased cost $3495.00. They gave us a $1,000 for our used vehicle. We also purchased a 6 month/7,500 mile warranty from them. The warranty company is The Penn Warranty Coroporation. On March 8th we were headed to Delaware to take our daughter to her friends and the engine light came on. We did not want to take a chance so we turned around and headed back home. I called our garage that we go to and on Monday the 11th we took it in to be looked at. There numerous things wrong including issues with rust on the bottom of the car. After getting our mechanic to look at the car and give us an estimate we went back to the used car place. We were told to go through the warranty company thats what the warranty is for. Penn Warranty sent an investagator to check the car and then after taking about a week, they then decide that they are not going to cover anything. The cost above is what it is going to take to repair the car. This is a 2002 Grand Prix. Please help us as I feel that we are being treated unjust.
