We have had monetary damages of $1425.00 as of today and going up every day. I had an internet ad program with them. The contract I'm told had a 21 day opt out. But they did not send me a copy of this contract even after having requesting it at least 5-6 times. We were promised a mobile website, Google Maps/Places would be claimed, Local Listing would be claimed, Reputation Monitoring, tracking phone number (the only calls received through were telemarketers), Reports and Performance Summaries and yet none of the above mention items were not performed. We also received Facebook postings to our page which were done, but with grammatical errors, spelling errors and misinformation.
