Between the dates of 01/17 to 01/30 I was told that to purchase green dot money pak cards to claim my winnings in the sum of $5200. My so called agent was Howard Powell who was supposed to have taken care of this whole ordeal. After having a sick feeling that I have been scammed I immediately requested for them to refund my money. They told me that federal law prohibits them from keeping my money. Since then after several attempts of contacting them they are not answering there phone. The phone number is (202) 241-6284.
