On 3/7, I made an on-line purchase with the James McCanney Science website for two ceramic water filters. I received the order confirmation via email, noted that the cost was charged to my credit card, and expected delivery of the water filters within two days. The order receipt should have denoted a UPS tracking number, but it didn't. I called Jim McCanney on 3/15 at the phone number on the email receipt: 612-232-6651, and spoke with Jim McCanney. He assured me he would investigate and reply with his findings, via email. To date, he has not responded to my request, and no one answers the phone with my repeated attempts.
