I was on a free trial with this company and I canceled, This was back in Nov. Of 2012. This month my husbands debit was charged 39.80. I have tried to get it refunded but they are telling me it will take up to 2 billing cycles. We need our money, we are on fixed income. This is a company I WILL NOT deal with again. I need help please. Debbie
