They allow other companies to continue to take from your account, even after you cancel and/or change account numbers and/or cards. They do this just so they can produce overdraft charges to your account. They have cost me in excess of several hundred dollars, just that i never caught on to this until, on/or about sept. at which time i asked not to have anybody withdrawn funds from my account without notification. To which they state, we have to honor all amounts for deduction, we also asked them to investigate the supposed charges, ie; aol is one such company that was and still is taking from me after 4 attempts to cancel. Aol must have a deal setup with them to keep on with their withdrawls. Between aol and the bank they owe me 86.70 overdrafts fees of 132.00 for a period of three months. Ther are more customers at this bank with the same problems, as i have now learned.
