I had the same scam as described by other posters. I had $30 withdrawn from my checking, via electronic check with no signature and no endorsement on the back. The phone numbers on the check (725 area code, and 800 number) have messages that no one is available or mailbox is full. I reported it to the bank and I had to close the account.
