Ordered two dvd, s on 2/19 have never been able to find out status of order online after multiple attempts by emailing customer service (no response) attempted to set up a login account it would not accept my email address. Called listed no. Late one evening person seemed suprised, it was clearly someone's home. I explained the situation and my attempts to contact them gave order #, he layed the phone (loud music in background) picked phone back up and I don't have it yet, probably in the next 2 to 3 days. It's been a month now, still will not respond to emails and ph. Goes to voice mail. So I'm writing the complaint hoping something can be done.
