My Merchandise or My Money - Give me ONE

I placed an order with African Imports on October 10 for 6 gospel plays. The total came to $120.93. I received a confirmation email October 15. My checking account was also debited the $120.93 on October 16th. I called African Imports October 23rd to get the status of my order and an estimated delivery date. I called the toll free number of 1-877-823-7422 and got a young lady that told me she would check the status and call back. After two days of receiving no call back, I call the 1-877 number and also the Texas number (972) 296-9861. I was given the same story and again no call back. From that moment forward, I have called approximately 18 times and left at least 12 messages leaving my work number, my home number and my cell phone number. I have yet to receive a call back, merchandise, refund, etc. As of today (November 5) I again called and left two messages I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Still no call back. I also called the South West Center Mall (972-296-1491) since the company's address is listed as residing at South West Center Mall, 3662 W. Camp Wisdom #1045, Dallas, TX 75237. The young lady at the main mall number went out of the way to go and give the vendor a personal message. I have still not heard from the Vendor.

The vendor finally called me back after the security of the South West Center Mall took a message for me and personally hand delivered it to owner. However, the gentleman that returned my call was very unreasonable and rude.instead of answering my question on the status of my order, he chose to argue the actual date the order was placed. He wouldn't acknowledge the numerous calls I had placed to his establishment. He gave no reason whatsoever as to why none of my calls where returned, but instead preferred to argue that I had no grounds for continuously calling his place of business. I tried to cut the argument short by again returning to the status of my order. He maintained they had 10 to 14 days to deliver the order. When I pointed out that even according to the date he claimed he got the order, as of November 5th, I had reached the 14 days deadline. And although it was around 3:30 and all UPS deliveries had been delivered, he maintained he still had to the end of the day to make the delivery deadline.in the end, instead of further debate, I ask for a refund. He told me when I got the order, I could mail it back in for a refund. I requested an estimate time of arrival. He shouted at me, you'll get it when you get it and hung up. As of November 9th (which is passed the deadline of his bogus initial order date), I have still not received my order. I've made 3 other attempts to call the vendor and still my calls go unanswered.
