Tried to apply for renewal of permanent resident card on line with immigrationdirect.ca.
Paid $49 fee to start process and rec'd receipt. Then pain Canadian gov't $50 processing fee and rec'd receipt.
When I tried to complete app on line, it just kept prompting me to pay $49 fee again.
The phone number given for 24/7 customer service is 604-453-1385 and it is constantly busy.
The e-mail address doesn't work.
I got the app forms sent to me by Canadian Citizenship and Immigration.
I paid $49 for nothing.
I want that credited back to my Mastercard account.
